We develop relationships with our clients by first conducting a complimentary Human Resources Assessment. The comprehensive Assessment includes a review of all federal and state employment-related compliance requirements, benefits analyses, and policies and procedures review which helps us to identify employment practices risks and estimated non-compliance costs.
We summarize and review the Assessment results with you to determine cost effective alternatives, an action plan and resources to assist you with achieving these goals and your own self-identified goals. Although, the Assessment is not required it is often a good starting point for discussions.
