| HiRe Expectations is a service line of Argy,
Wiltse & Robinson (AWR), a full service certified public accounting
and business advisory firm, committed to providing quality services in
an efficient and personalized manner. AWR provides traditional accounting
and tax services, as well as a vast array of specialized consulting services.
Since its inception in 1990, AWR has grown rapidly into a large regional
firm with expertise in a variety of industries and offers a multitude
of services to its clients. In 2003, AWR became one of the top 100 CPA
firms in the Nation in terms of size. HiRe Expectations was created in 2002 in response to the changing business needs of our clients. HiRe Expectations services small to medium sized businesses with a specialized focused on government contracting companies and nonprofit organizations. Sue L. Suk
Sue has over 12 years of human resources and management consulting experience designing, developing and implementing compensation, benefits, recruitment and performance management solutions for professional services, entertainment, nonprofit, government contracting and Fortune 500 organizations. She has extensive experience in HR/ Payroll Systems Analysis and Implementation, compensation and benefits review and analysis, ensuring compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations impacting an organization, and providing support in connection with Mergers & Acquisition and Reductions in Force. Prior to joining HiRe Expectations, Sue was a Principal Human Resources Consultant for KLC Group, an organizational development consulting firm that works with companies in building and managing HR systems that enable organizational success. Prior to consulting, Sue was the Director of Human Resources for Proxicom, Inc. and Asgard Entertainment Group. She also worked in risk management, payroll, and benefits management for Feld Entertainment, Ringling Brothers. Sue earned a B.S. in Psychology from the College of William Mary and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Katie Ledvina
Katie has over 10 years of progressive human resources experience in the Washington, D.C. area, with an emphasis on recruitment plan design and execution. Katie joined HiRe Expectations in July of 2004 after holding several human resources positions with The Advisory Board Company and Corporate Executive Board. Katie earned a B.A. in Psychology, with an emphasis in Industrial & Organizational Social Psychology, from the University of Virginia and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Penny Britt
Penny has over 10 years of progressive experience in development, implementation, and management of recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and professional development and training solutions for nonprofit and professional service corporations. Prior to joining HiRe Expectations, Penny served as a Sr. Human Resource Generalist for Control Point Solutions and the Director of Human Resources for the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. Penny earned a B.A. from Purdue University, a Masters Degree from Indiana University, and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Catherine Daniel
Catherine joined Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C./HiRe Expectations in October 2007. She primarily works in recruitment where she specializes in staffing for Tax, Accounting, and Government Contract Consulting departments. Prior to joining AWR, she spent three years with AccountPros, a division of Vedior North America, an accounting and finance staffing firm. Catherine earned a B.A. in Psychology, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Mary Washington College. Christine Donnelly
Christine joined Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C./HiRe Expectations in March 2007. She primarily works in recruitment where she specializes in staffing for the Tax, Administrative, IT/BTSI, Human Resources and Finance & Accounting Departments. Christine holds a B.S. in Marketing with Minors in International Business and Spanish from Penn State University Caroline Hunter
Caroline joined Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C./HiRe Expectations in August of 2005. She primarily works in recruitment where she specializes in audit staffing, internship staffing and campus recruitment. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Hillery Parson
Hillery has over 10 years of progressive human resources experience in the Washington, D.C. area, with an emphasis on Benefits implementation & design, HRIS/Benefits System Implementation, COBRA administration/management, performance management, and compensation. Hillery joined HiRe Expectations in September 2007 after holding several human resources positions with University of Maryland, National Democratic Institute for International Development, Crestline Hotels and Resorts, and Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson, and Hand Law Firm. She will obtain a B.S. degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. April Stewart
April joined Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. in September of 2007. She specializes in new hire orientation program design & implementation, benefits administration, employee exit program design & execution, and immigration law. Prior to joining AWR, she provided Human Resources support for Symantec Corporation. She holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University. Laila Ahmadi
Laila joined Argy, Wiltse & Robinson, P.C./HiRe Expectations in June 2007. She specializes in Human Resources administration, research and support. She will obtain a B.S. in Psychology with a Business minor from George Mason University.
